We are a gated community with fabulous grounds including lush green landscaping with walking paths through the development, a large, heated pool, hot tub, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball, table tennis and a large cabana area for entertaining or enjoying our resort-like amenities.

 

Just outside of our gate is the Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt, an oasis of parks, lakes, paths and golf courses traversing 11 miles through the heart of Scottsdale.  We can also walk or ride bikes to several restaurants, shops and grocery stores.  Old Town Scottsdale is just minutes away.
