The Association banks with First Citizen

 

You may make a one-time payment or set up recurring quarterly remittances. 

You are also welcome to utilize your own banks online payment portals.

With First Citizen there may be fees associated with your chosen method of payment.

Note:  A separate log in and password are required.

 

You will need to have the below information handy to complete your sign in.

Acct # (Your Lot # or address #)

 

 

Quarterly fees are due on the first day of the quarter and considered delinquent if not received by the 15th day of the first month of the quarter.   A 10% late fee will be imposed.
